Briar Symphony | David Craig

Recorded in the spring of 1978 at Studio in the Country

This album was recorded at a time directly before 'disco killed the radio star', which unceremoniously ended any hope David might have had to release it.

Having had a relationship since both worked with 'Gatemouth' Brown, David and co-producer Jim Bateman asked Louisiana's LeRoux to join them at the Studio for 3 days of recording Briar Symphony.

This is definately an album that's been kept in the vault. Not until now ... when getting music to the masses is only a click away ... has David been given the opportunity to share this work with the world. His voice has certainly changed over the years, but the music and lyrics were as strong then as they are now.

I want to do a special dedication to my Mom, my Pop and my brother Steve. They fully supported me during the creation and production of this album. I know this would have made them proud, and they are together now, with smiles on their faces .
